Caroline Hamrick is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing in 2000. After moving to Georgia, she pursued her goal of becoming a nurse practitioner. She returned to graduate school at Kennesaw State University earning a Master’s in Nursing in 2005 and obtained board certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Since obtaining her degree, she has worked alongside Dr. DeLaurier in the field of colorectal surgery. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She lives in the Athens area with her husband and three children.
